How long does it take to process / dispatch my order ?
Provided your items are in stock, orders are usually shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally to almost all the countries in the world serviceable by reputed shipping partners such as UPS, DHL, Fedex etc.
What is the delivery timeline ?
Standard delivery time in India varies from 5-7 working days after orders are shipped from our warehouse , depending on the serviceability as per the logistics/ courier partner.
Standard international delivery time varies between 10-14 working days after shipping, depending on the destination country and logistics partner.

What is your return policy?
We have a no-return/exchange policy. In case you receive a damaged/defective or incorrect product , please contact our team and they will help you with a replacement . For further details please read our Return & Refund Policy on the website.
What are your shipping costs like?
All orders above INR 1500 qualify for free shipping. Any Order less than Rs. 1500/ a flat fee of Rs. 99/ will be charged.
For express shipping, charges are applied as per the selected service
Shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page accordingly.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery(COD)?
COD is available for all orders.This service is available only in India at serviceable pin-codes . For COD orders, you may be contacted by our team via Call/WhatsApp/Email to confirm before processing.
What payment methods are accepted ?
Payment can be made using Master/Visa/American Express credit cards and all major debit cards, we also offer net banking services.
What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?
If your payment is deducted for an unsuccessful order, the full amount will be refunded to you within seven business days.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, our Customer Service team will send you the tracking details. You can then monitor your order’s progress on our courier partner's website.
How & When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order only if it is not dispatched.
