1. Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
- Please note, during peak seasons including the months prior to Diwali/other festival periods, new product launches, or sale periods, there could be slight delay in processing of Orders due to high volume.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
- We offer standard shipping across India. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Express shipping is available for select locations and takes 2-4 business days. Additional charges apply for express shipping.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges:
- All orders above INR 1500 qualify for free shipping. Any Order less than Rs. 1500/ a flat fee of Rs. 99/ will be charged.
- For express shipping, charges are applied as per the selected service.
